The fundraisers are making progress where trying to reach our goal of 1000 dollars to put toward the summer project supplies. I think were about alomost half way there,way to go 7thgen!!! where still down here every Thursday and Friday, so if u wanna se what we've got, come on down and catch a look for urself. :) its for a good cause!
7th Gen is a dynamic Aboriginal youth arts program operating within Native Child and Family Services of Toronto. Since 1995 we have operated as a youth arts group. Drop-in art space, community projects, where professional Aboriginal artists, mentors and elders provide quality and accessible programming in a culturally supportive and safe environment. Most programming centers around community workshops, drop-in art hours for youth, as well as public and private arts commissions.

Express U show tommorow !!!
Hey it’s Sam, form 7th Gen, so it’s one more day till the Express U project’s shown at City Hall, hope to see everybody’s face there alongside with there amazing works of art. Everyone pieces turn out good. Well done guys! I know the show is going to awesome. For everyone else that dose not yet know about the show it’s at City Hall, Tuesday, June, 15th. Starting at 6 o’clock, and should be finishing up around 9ish. See all ya tommorow

7th Gen Youth Advisory Meeting
Hi all, this is just a heads up that we are hoping to hold a big ole 7th Gen Youth Advisory Meeting on Tuesday June 22nd. We need some more direction as we are going forward in order to:
Work out 7th Gen’s mission statement and mandate
Determine 7th Generation programming during the summer
Find out what you guys want to see
Work with connections you all have in the community
Discuss the upcoming Trillium Grant (and what space you guys want to have the program in!)
Partnerships
SUPPER and tokens provided! Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions J And please let us know if you are coming, bringing friends, etc… I will be making a Facebook in the near future
We will be meeting at 30 College St. from about 5-7PM – come to the 7th Gen office for 5 please, as the building closes its doors at that time!
